Through the Home Town Physical Program (HTP), a contract LHI holds with the National Guard Bureau, LHI provides physical exams and specialty consultation as well as diagnostic tests and images for applicants seeking entrance into the Army National Guard (ARNG). Under HTP, applicants to the ARNG can receive an accession physical exam within 50 miles of their home of record through an LHI network provider.
