Cynthia Meyer-Williams

Cynthia Meyer-Williams has been an executive with LHI for more than eight years. Meyer-Williams’ career includes more than 26 years of experience in government contracts, procurement, finance and fiscal management, 18 years of which were spent working for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), U.S. Geological Survey and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. In her position as Director of CDC Business Operations for LHI, Meyer-Williams is responsible for all aspects of new business development at the CDC which includes direct supervision of all LHI/CDC staffing, currently 85 employees and rapidly growing.

During her career at the CDC, she worked at the National Immunization Program where she managed several high-profile multimillion-dollar anthrax and smallpox-related contracts. Her career has taken her many distant locations, including 20 years living and working in Frankfurt, Germany for the DoD 103rd Area Support Group.

Meyer-Williams obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management at the University of Maryland, European Division, Munich, Germany. She went on to graduate Suma Cum Laude from Touro University with a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
